Equality, is to the same provide to all a certain object or thing, in this case, to provide the same education to all the population. Unfortunately, it is not a secret that this one equality does not exist.
Many types of inequalities like the cultural one exist, in where the children are affected whose language is not the Castilian. There are people who emigrate to the urban zones in search of better conditions of life, but when commanding to his children to the school they run into with the obstacle of his dialect, either are here at a disadvantage before the established people or in that locality who dominate the Castilian. In addition to which generally these people emigrate 2 or 3 times per year, so its learning never is continuous.
